Welcome, I’m Raylee Rice.

The profession of Life Coaching is built on the central belief that the quality of our lives is not built upon the events in our lives but rather on the meaning we give to those events.

With over 25 years of experience in the Health, Fitness and life coaching industry, I have witnessed hundreds of people repeat unhealthy patterns over and over again.

On the journey to overcoming childhood trauma, PTSD, my parent’s divorce, eating disorders, anxiety, marriage breakdown and the deaths of loved ones, I learnt a new diet or self-help book would not “FIX” me. The first step to inner peace was believing; I was not broken.

At the time, I was unsure how to stop repeating the same negative habits, which produced the same negative results.  After trying counselling numerous times, I knew there had to be a better way. Tony Robbins inspired me to seek Life Coaching. Through coaching, I finally discovered the key drivers to creating the new habits which changed the trajectory of my life. For 25 years now, I have been facilitating change in 100’s of people lives, starting with mine.
